Combi boilers deliver hot water on demand and are very economical to run because they don’t use an external hot water tank. The fact they don’t take up much space and you never have to wait for hot water makes them a popular choice, especially in households where it’s not possible to have a storage tank.
A system (or pressurised sealed system) boiler uses a central heating expansion vessel which is usually installed in an airing cupboard. There is no need for an expansion tank in the roof as the combination of boiler and cylinder allows you to run mains pressure hot water from more than one outlet at the same time.
“After attending the Vogue launch event in Leeds, I was really impressed with the model. The Vogue is very installer friendly for fitting and servicing, and all of the connections are straight forward. You can also get the wall mounting kit so it goes straight on the wall and there is plenty of space inside for manoeuvre.
The 7 year warranty will be a good selling point with homeowners as it gives them peace of mind for reliability. As it’s one of the top warranties it also suggests it’s one of the top boilers!”
