All Ideal boilers are reliable, easy to install and are supported by our customer service team 364 days a year. But how do you know which one is right for your customer? You can view our full boiler range below.
Combi boilers deliver hot water on demand and are very economical to run because they don’t use an external hot water tank. The fact they don’t take up much space and you never have to wait for hot water makes them a popular choice, especially in households where it’s not possible to have a storage tank.
A system (or pressurised sealed system) boiler uses a central heating expansion vessel which is usually installed in an airing cupboard. There is no need for an expansion tank in the roof as the combination of boiler and cylinder allows you to run mains pressure hot water from more than one outlet at the same time.
“The Logic+ is nicely laid out, compact, and really light to lift, which is handy when in a confined space. It’s just as straightforward to use. The interface is totally self-explanatory, with a row of clearly defined control knobs, while the scrolling word display tells you exactly what’s going on in intelligible English, not numeric code. For example when the system pressure gets critically low the boiler tells the customer that it needs topping up, saving us a call out.”
