I have not received my Gas Safety Certificate?

Contact the company that fitted your boiler. They will be able to request your Gas Safe certificate from our Installer Connect program or directly through Gas Safe. 

How do I get a Gas Safe certificate?
A:

Once your boiler has been registered on the Gas Safe register, a certificate is sent out as proof of this. If you do not receive your certificate a new one can be requested.

My Building regulations certificate is incorrect, how do I get a new one?
A:

If the boiler was registered through the Installer Connect scheme you can contact them directly on 0114 3993950 and they will have this rectified for you, If you/your installer registered directly with building regulations you would need to contact them directly to rectify this.
